EAS membership is open to audiologists, students, and hearing health professionals based in the UAE only. Membership in the Emirates Audiology Society is processed through the Emirates Medical Association. EAS membership is open to audiologists, students, and hearing health professionals based in the UAE only.
1. Educational Qualifications:
A minimum of four years of university-level education with audiology as a major, recognised for practice in the UAE.
Examples include: A four-year Bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing or A two-year Master's degree in audiology with a two-year Doctoral degree in audiology.
2. Licensure:
Applicants must hold an active audiology license in the UAE.
3. Practice Location:
Applicants must be currently practicing within the UAE.
4. Student membership:
Audiology students enrolled in medical/allied health educational programs by a college/university in UAE with a valid university/college ID.
